Good question. I see a lot of changes that reduce pilot hiring and make us more productive. Maybe more productive than we want to be. Makes me nervous.

I saw that too but will wait for the who thing to judge. I also see that we can still show full at alv or whatever the reserve guarnetee is for the month,correct?

What I think, and I could be wrong, is now this max reserve at alv+15 takes care of yellow slips above alv unless you show full. Just how I read it but will wait for the full explanation to judge.

Agree. I got wind of this last week, and it seems like a lot of what we might see as "improvements", are actually being funded by givebacks in other areas.

Some folks still seem to be in the "what will you give back to make that happen" mode.

We'll need to pay CAREFUL attention to the apples to apples comparisons. Note how the bid months are going to change in the summertime. That in itself will mask some of the differences.

Was thinking same. With ALV allowed to flex to 84... You can be off the hook; you only need 99 hrs.

Off- hand, I have a problem with increased ALV's. It's the opposite of wher we should be going. The scope language is apart, but the WR/Pay sections need to impress.

I guess this also could mean that if you are not at guarantee/alv yet they can assign another trip not to exceed alv+15. No more within two hrs of alv you are done. Once you go over alv/guarantee you can be done.

Agreed, but I also expected tlv to have a top end of 82+.it is not rocket science that the company wants us more efficient and to work more. They have massive retirements coming and making the remaining work more makes sense for them. Remember that this is only part of the picture and we need to see the rest of it.
