Delta Hiring News
#1512
Someone posted that emails for hiring were suppose to go out in 10 days. That would be this Saturday, but because it is a weekend does anyone know if they will still go out then or possibly Friday or Monday?
I wonder if they will mass email all the applicants they want for the 300 at one time or just slowly send them out month by month.
I know the chances of getting an email from the start are like trying to win the Powerball lottery but it's hard not to get excited.
Cheers

A person on here posted that he heard from AK that emails would go out in 10-ish days.... That puts it about/around this coming up Monday (in relation to that post)... and yes, I am a dork.

Hey, why don't you help your management get your airline's data reported to the DOT like Virgin is supposed to? I mean I know that data would probably reveal Virgin's very existence breaks the law, so I understand their noncompliance. What I don't understand is why the DOT provides a Certificate while Virgin ignores the DOT's rules.

That can't be! My understanding is Endeavor is the best!

Data is reported to the DOT as required. Which DOT rule has Virgin ignored?

Delta hit with $2M DOT disabilities violations fine - Atlanta Business Chronicle
As for the air consumer 2008 and 2009 links, those were addressed in the early 2010 press release article I linked in post above.
The Dec 2012 is a tarmac delay issue/event and irrelevant to the point you're trying to make.
All your links addressing VX's DOT fitness are old, and VX passed DOT requirements and is flying legally. See my linked article. As for form 41 stats, is there a law that requires a private company to release that data? Please provide a link. VX releases only what is required by the DOT. Recently, they've been releasing a lot more (eg, monthly stats) to get in line with what other public companies do in order to slowly position itself for an eventual IPO.

up to $1,250,000 may be used to improve its service to passengers with disabilities beyond what is required by law.
How do we short that?
