I thought I just did....that is your psyche and I suppose morality are highly scrutinized, so wouldn't it make sense for management to also be evaluated that way?

RA=efficiency, productivity and outsourcing. Excellent business man. I wouldn't doubt less hiring more productivity.

They are hired by a different paradigm. Sorry, but that is reality. I agree with you that there should be some psychiatric consideration involved, but I am sure that they are not evaluated the same way. They are different. Accept it. Or not. Either way it won't change anything.

I figured as much...it seemed to me DL is or at least was very much "buying into" the effectiveness of their psych tests to separate the wheat from the chaff. But I am just an outsider looking in, and taking a wild guess

I honestly do not know anything about executive hiring practices. I also thought your first post was a backhanded slap, and for that I apologize.
