Excited, thankful and anxious!

Here is a tip for those getting invitations to interview. May not work for everyone but did for me. I received my invitation email on a Friday, 25 July. When I called them, I was given a date of 1 Oct which seemed to be the norm. I asked if there was a Standby list that I could be added to in case someone dropped out or cancelled and told them that that I would like an interview as early as possible. I was called the following Thursday, told there was a cancellation on Monday 4 Aug, and was asked if I would be interested in coming in for the interview.
I am not sure if a standby list actually exists or if the person I set my interview date with just remembered that I wanted to come in ASAP. It was a rough 4 days getting everything in line for the interview, but the outcome was very positive. I received a CJO and was called 2 weeks later with an Indoc date.
I was invited to interview on 25 July and will be starting indoc on Monday. Bumped me up the seniority list at least 200 from where I would have been otherwise. Give it a shot guys. It couldn't hurt.

Interview
For SA purposes for those waiting to interview.
- I had 7 tickets (none w/in the past 12 years) but it never came up. They didn't seem to care.
- There seems to be some inconsistency about UPT check-ride busts. I talked to folks and everyone said they didn't note them on their app. I didn't either. When they asked me if I had any check-ride bust in the interview I asked if that included UPT--they said yes, so I had to add/initial/explain.
- Everything else was per previous discussions. Great folks who do their best to put you at ease. It was more of an interactive discussion than an interview.
