AF is calling OTS for 10/20. I'm a deferral, and the class is already half full. 50 person class, so probably 25ish still to get filled. Not sure how many more he was calling today. I told him I would pass on info, so he wouldn't get a million calls.
No guaranteed dates for Nov or Dec, but he thinks there will likely be 2 classes per month like there have been.

Yes. I was hired back in July. He would not tell me what hiring dates that he believes will make it in the 10/20 class, but he told me he was about halfway full on the class. So, if you know where the last class left off, count about 25 from there, and that will be who makes it into this class. All of the guys that were hired with me have already classed up, so I don't know what hiring date they have made it to.

It sounds like with the flows starting to fill classes soon, the pool could start filling up and longer wait times for OTS hires are inevitable? Plus the the holidays are approaching too, which probably doesn't help.

I bet your close to getting a call for a class date. My friend interviewed around the last week of July and started indoc on 8 Sep. Did you defer at all?

BLUF: 1. Flows get called before OTS, so if you hear a class is getting filled, you need to ask if it is being filled by flows or OTS before you start wondering if you are going to be called for it.
2. He has no reason to believe that it will not continue to be 100 people per month in classes probably in 2 classes per month, but he does not have any firm date past 10/20.
3. OTS are being called for the 10/20 class, but he would not say which hiring date would likely make it in this round.
