Do you or anyone know, how many total have been added to the Feb 22nd class as of now?

I just got my employee number and ppr number in the mail. I start on Feb 1. I went through the instructions and am looking at the onboarding area and the form I-9. There is no information on it and no where to enter information. Is this something to complete during indoc or before? It says bad things will happen if you don't get it done before first day of employment.

That really sucks for the last two guys in your group to not get a call because not only do they not make the Feb 22nd class but they will be at the back of the class for the March 7th class. It will make a difference of around 35 people now being senior to them all because of their # and missing the cutoff by two. You are the lucky one to get the last invite.

Just confirmed the Feb 22nd class is full. Looks like the last two for June 30th are on deck and they should expect an invite around the 10th of Feb for class.

Don't know for sure, but DAL has advertised that there will be 3 classes of 35 per month so I'm assuming it's 35ish including the 10(?) non-OTS folks.

Cam- I have have more questions if you can indulge...

1. Any idea how many Endeavor pilots in 22 February? 1a... Confirmed total # of trainees in 22 feb?

2. Do we (you) know if the dates and numbers for March are absolutely firm (7th, 15th & 22d with 35 per)?

3. Does badgers forecast look right?

4. By my math, it looks like maybe 3-5 people did NOT accept training if 35 was the number in that class..?

Thanks for whatever info you can pass!!

1) I believe it was 10 or so

2) I can confirm that March 7th is the next class. I am not sure after that. I would guess the 14th and 28th are the other two classes but that's just a guess as I do not know. The classes should consist of 35 guys a class. I was told that no Endeavor pilots will be in the March 7th class. I suspect that they will add 10 Endeavor pilots for the last class of each month but I do not know for sure.

3) Badgers forecast is about as good as it can get with the info he receives. I can't thank him enough for providing this info while taking a very long swim. The one thing that is not known is how many guys have left for other jobs. For instance my class on the 1st of July has three guys that have already left and possibly one more since the swim will now last until March.

4) I was told yesterday that she was still waiting to here from about 5 people about starting class on the 22nd. I take it that they must have taken other jobs as others were offered class this morning. The class size should be around 35 total.

Poolies, things are about to get ugly here with contract negotiations. I predict the pilot/management relationship will be the worst of the big 3 ( and probably worse than most regionals) within a year.

If you have other viable options, I recommend you give them a close look. Things here are moving rapidly and irreversibly towards the old "Northwest" meat grinder culture.
