and we ALL know hourly rates are sacrosanct.....and have NEVER been reduced due to economic upheaval and unfair competition in the airline industry.
I can only come up with one word in response to this nonsensical logic....
INCONCIEVEABLE!

Since some pilots who would have been bought off will now fly something else, the net result could be a few more pilots on reserve.
And those trips that were wanted by an FO that were pulled, they end up in open time after the lca swaps or drops them.
But...
some compromise was needed to achieve the gains in this agreement. The gains affect all pilots on the seniority list regardless of seat position. Specifically, improved reroute language, rotation construction and trip mix were top priorities for the Atlanta pilots.
So ask yourself one simple question: Do you want to vote YES to a TA when our own union is lying to us about it?

And luckily you're not the only one but talked to a 55 year old very nervous about going down swa path no raise in his last 10 years. Doesn't like the contract at all but... no raise.
I think that's the focus. It is age all a majority of the airline and they sure have a lot of data probably to determine the key demographic.

This contract will ruin his last 10 years.
The longer ya got left, the more ya should oppose this TA.
Whether an old dog or just a pup, it's all down hill if this passes.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
