If you had 9/11 2.0 happen in 2016, you're guaranteed pay will be cut. It's not guaranteed. It's all at risk.

What you're really saying is you're okay with a lower W2 in 2016 as long as there is a pay raise in the Section 3 tables.

That's cute T.

Very cute. Sorry, I'm not into dudes. (Not that there's anything wrong with that).
I'm really curious. Why do you think the company is doing that?

No, I think the company knows they have nothing to lose and history on their side to convince a corum that every negotiation is give and take.

This far in front of the ammendable date and while profits are boiling over, my hunch is we do better by slowing down and putting the heat on THEM to keep labor risk off the table.

$335 x 89 credit hours per month x 12 x PS x 401K = $493K.

Guarantee: we give back profit sharing, we never get it back.

Here's another guarantee.

Economies go up and down, and when the next down turn comes, it will go back up. When they come back up, automatic gains with PS.

Here is a homework question for you. In the Great Recession, how much did it effect Delta's profits compared to the recession that preceded the Great Recession?

Furthermore, how has the new pricing paradigm, unbundled fees, impacted the bottom line for all airlines?

Enlighten me.

Because I don't see more time with my family or more money in my wallet as a result.

Enlighten me.

I actually agree with you. I am against any PS give back. If it is in the TA, the recompense for it had better be really really good.

All the rest of this stuff in your post is irrelevant to the discussion at hand.
