Will do.
They are stepping through the contract changes in the TA, section by section, asking questions of the negotiators. They're currently on Section 14 (Sick Leave) out of 28.
There are rumblings in the room that the Q&A might not get finished today...

The costing is coming in at around 117 jobs that are potentially effected.
That is when we are hiring and at a full OE op-tempo.
IF we ever stop hiring, the company now has to carry 117 more. So a swing of 234 jobs.
Hope this answers your question.

It is a give. Such is the nature of opening up contract negotiations.

Emailed these guys. Did I leave anyone out? If not, everyone please email them. Today may be our last chance. If it goes to memoryrat, we are done. They will convince 50%+1 to vote yes with their FUD campaign.

I won't argue the amount of jobs it costs. I'm sure it's close BUT (hey, it's a big but!), it can possibly effect 75% of the FO's in EVERY category! That, of course is based on the amount of training going on in each category but it is possible.
It is a HUGE QOL give back.

These are the number who bid w/ LCA /OE's each month currently.
Granted, that 250 could be anyone senior in category each month. But of our pilot group that is the number effected each month.
