Carl,

Seriously. You're detracting from the discussion. There is some bad stuff in the TA. (And good.) Stay on point and keep it professional. I know you have some valid points.

So Carl is right. You are a liar. You just proved it.

Way to out yourself.

Or I have an obligation to engage because I'm working on his behalf. Regardless. It's fine we differ.

It's the point of democracy. Right?

What about the Alter Ego provisions in Section one? Why did we agree that one human being, in this case Mike Donatelli, gets to approve the creation of 'Delta China' and 'Delta Atlantic' to fly Delta branded metal on Delta routes and Delta tickets, the profit going to Delta, and NO DELTA PILOTS at the controls!!! This is historic to be sure! As in our jobs are HISTORY!

So once we pass by the Amendable Date (Jan. 1, 2016) we continue to operate under today's contract, WITH PROFIT SHARING UNTOUCHED, with 100% of trips dropped for IOE for F/O's, with no BS third party Sick Leave Verification, or any of the many other concessions in this T/A.

Yes, we will then start the mediation process that can take a very long time. All the while we will be working under a better 2012 contract than what this TA offers.

Either way, you DO care. So you were lying when you said you didn't.

Ergo, Carl was right. No libel. Proven.

Good job.

I don't want to offend anyone but after reading the fine print of this TA, it can be described as....

Sorry if anyone else posted this yet.

Whatever you say.

The point is to call out factual information. Not interpretations thereof.

I don't know what your malfunction is but you aren't helping anyone here get better educated.

Right. And a proven liar like you is? LMAO

Don't blame me, Prof. I didn't make you say you didn't care. You did that all by yourself w/ no help from me. I just called you out on it.

Feel free to retract your comment and apologize to Carl for suggesting he was libeling you. Or don't. Either way, you clearly and demonstratively lied.

What else have you been lying about?

Moreover, why should anyone believe you now that you've proven yourself a liar??

If you have a question about the TA, I'd be happy to answer it.

Anyone know the origin of the virtual base? This concept sounds like one huge concession.

Bidding? Reserve coverage? Sick leave? Obviously no paid moves.

Was this pushed by a small group of pilots? Effect on staffing, white slips, green slips?

As one of the few who filled out the contract survey, I do not remember this item.
