Details on Delta TA

good point, but I'd counter with the fact that network likes to operate a mainline into a lot of the smaller cities with the last flight of the day and first out, so this is the only way it works.

Or you would see new rotations built the month it goes in to effect that are 6 hours block, 4:45 block, 5 block for 15:45 pay. The rotations will change based on the rules in place at the time they are built. Remember the changes that happened when FAR 117 went into effect? I would expect any amount of daily guarantee to also have an impact.
I kind of like the trips with 7 hours block day 1, long layover on day 2 and 7 hours on day 3. They are especially nice when they are hometown layovers. A daily guarantee would make them all but disappear.

Some questions for those in the know:
How is it even possible that Seattle is not a hub in this TA?
Should I have a reason as a pilot to be in favor of the current non-hub "arrangement" there?
If this TA passes, should I expect Delta to start collecting mandatory dues?

From: Cockpit speaker volume knob set to eleven.
If god had meant for people to land jets on ships...he'd have made bigger ships.
