With the exclusion of DC on PS, 1.5% of DC on top of each 10% of PS, 20% would already see a loss of 3%, 30% would see 4.5% loss. Those rates are closer to 12.5%-0%-0%-0%. Factor in management bonus exclusions that have no limits and those rates become negative, and possibly even the 12.5% raise. More like 0%-10%-10%-10%

With an AGD of 5:15 you reach 80hrs at 15.25 days of work
With an AGD of 5:45 you reach 80hrs at 13.9 days of work
You can easily get an extra day off with the same pay by raising the ADG without having to work more.
