ICED

Big fat no? Have they settled the pay piece of the contract yet? It does say at the bottom of the notepad page that ALL OF THE ITEMS on the notepad IN TOTAL amount to LESS THAN 1% of the PWA value.
You can decide your no vote with only 1% of the precincts reporting?
Gee, you must really hate what was in the notepad. (Your assertion of new hire 24 month training freeze is incomplete, btw and "I" don't have a problem with it)

The company made a move toward our position with a total package well above UAL. We moved further away. We have been granted only a limited ability to talk with the company short term and then talks are recessed until the NMB orders a resumption. Talk to your reps there will be more news to follow next week.

We have not been iced. Negotiations were canceled this week in order to give the negotiations committee the opportunity to brief the MEC on what they believe is obtainable in the short and longer term and receive direction from the MEC on what options we want to take. The NMB is happy with our efforts and team and there are no discussions on being iced.

I would say there were a whole lot of concessions in that notepad. one hour of credit for a short call? Maybe if that was added to the guarantee. I hope we did not give anything away for that. I can't imagine a TDY base that is not at a pilot base other than MCO. The line check pulls may not be so bad if the LCA are not allowed to drop their trips to pick up the the LCA trips. This must mean we are asking for a whole lot more money.

you don't have a problem with it because it doesn't effect you. It doesn't effect me either but it's BS that a new hire should have to be stuck on a lower paying airplane all because they had a low last 4 in indoc....1 year seat lock fine since all first year pay is the same.

if section 3 becomes UPS + 2% i'll reconsider. Even our re-opener rates with these concessions is a big fat no
