Sweet baby Jesus.........Obviously you don't think you're worth it..... My "slap in the face, take it or leave it" pay cut was 40%. That equates to 22/9/9.......... Now that the company is making billions. ( with a B), I think we deserve it back.

While I am happy with the 15% B-fund, the solid pay raises (I never expected to be the highest paid 737 pilot in the industry in terms of hourly rate nor do I care), the decent retro that includes retirees, deceased, and pilots who lost their medicals, and the fact we retain our scheduling quality of life, sick leave policy, and stiff armed PBS it did come at a cost to us...
That cost is in section 1. We have never allowed any codeshare of any type and now for the first time in the history of southwest we will have our passengers riding on other airlines. Thankfully the language SHOULD be rock solid in terms of the size of the aircraft, the markets served, etc., but we did just giveaway a part of our golden egg.

was that not a codeshare?

I think it would be nice, right about now, for the MEC to put up some charts. We have the whole industry pretty much set. I'd like to see a plot of a DAL 737 vs. SW, and 777 vs. UPS, with and without DC/B-Fund, with and without PS. Compare Delta latest offer, and our own.
I think the industry is sort of coalescing around similar numbers.
It's almost as if these managements talked to each other.

Are you really a pilot? FOs making just enough to pay off loans couldn't contribute. They went from 0% to 15% if this passes. Senior guys who max 265k don't have to put in nearly as much because it's close to maxed with 15% now.
Yes for some the TA is only a "net gain" but now everyone can get it no matter their financial position and they don't have to put in a penny of their own money to get it.
In other words that's at least a 15% raise for all above their new TA rates, and at least 5.7 for the rest.
But I'm sure there's a concession in there somewhere if you spin the numbers right........

Is the issue that I said everyone made some concessions? Is that offending your sensibilities? So I thought I read you opened 5-6 things. Looks like I was incorrect, and it's just the FRMS thing you gave relief on. I can put an asterisk next to UAL, and say you had almost a completely clean extension, if you like. Will we be OK, then?

Does a percentage jump matter, or an hourly rate on similar equipment? If your point is that the percentage increase is what matters, didn't Allegiant get something like 40%?

What chart do you want? UPS flies almost all WB, SWA flies none. And what years do you need? Just three years out?
