I’m assuming anyone who supports a flow-back thinks that flow-back means Delta pilots would go to the bottom of our seniority list. That’s not how it works and it wouldn’t even make sense if we furlough too - they would immediately get furloughed off and it would be pointless. If we did negotiate some kind of flow-back they would go to the top of our list and push people off the bottom, which would be idiotic on our part.

I agree. 35 planes, 350 spots at the top of the list. I have no issue with that. But unlimited flow back would never be agreed to. With the amount Delta is about to furlough our entire list would be flushed.

Imagine someone who just got picked up at mainline off the street with 3-4yrs at Endeavor or Skywest displacing a 25-yr CA out of MSP. Good times.

I do not think I would be comfortable with any flow back. 350 spots at the top of the list for example—the MSP and most of the DTW CA’s could say goodbye to their base. Many of those CAs wouldn’t choose to flow up anyway if one was offered in return. A flow back hurts the entire pilot group, yet a flow up does not even benefit the entire pilot group. This has been a concern with flows. A flow does not benefit the entire pilot group, especially here.

Forget Flow. It will never happen. Delta pilots flowing to Endeavor will drive training costs through the roof, especially when they will be recalled in less than a year or two. Delta management call the shots at Endeavor and no one else, and the Endeavor MEC can only negotiate with Endeavor management. Read your contract. So forget all about flow. Take your furloughs, keep your seniority number, and go fly 91, 135, or overseas. Don't sweat the bad times, the good times will be back. Endeavor pilots have DGI and SSP. Get with the program guys, and stop the magical thinking.
