Mine was a 5 minute walk off the Tram or a short Lyft ride. He has a few so check them out first cause they aren't all equal and he charges the same. Top floor recommended.

Default Paycheck Deductions

I have a sensitive question to ask and understand if no one feels comfortable answering. I am trying to come to Endeavor next year, but I have a large family, and we're doing some financial planning. What percentage of your pay is deducted for benefits, etc. each month? 35%? 40%? Any info is greatly appreciated.

I get about 63% of my money in actual pay. I don't have a family insurance plan, just me. I do pay extra for higher life, disability, etc. I also put 8% goes to my 401k.

I take home 65% of my gross.

Family plan HSA
Dental level 2
All supplemental insurances offered by 9E
All supplemental insurances from alpa except dental (including Loss of license)
5% 401k contribution

If you want specifics PM me, I can show you some of the out of pocket costs for these.

Default Training pay

Gonna be starting off at Endeavor here pretty soon. Can anyone fill me in on the training pay details? I’ve heard ATP-CTP isn’t paid. I’m assuming min guarantee?

No you are not paid for atp ctp. The company pays for you to go and complete it. I believe Mesa is the only airline that pays you to go though atp ctp. At least that's what the Mesa pilot told me 2.5 years ago when we were going though it

Correct. No pay for ctp. It's fairly short though. Indoc is min guarantee. No per diem.

Excited to be coming onboard! How much should I expect to fly while on reserve? Can you bid a preference as to if you want to be first to be called, or last?

Yes you can bid preference but it's based on seniority. If everyone above you bids first, then you're the last to get called. If everyone above you bids last then you're the first to get called.

The nh FO's I know have flown very little in the first month and then got absolutely flown silly the next couple months after that. You can probably hold a line inside of 60 days if you get NYC 900
