I would call again and leave another message. I had to call and get a recruiter to call my friend. "Highly qualified ME turbine time" the recruiter told me they were so swamped with applications it was taking a while to get to everyone. I'd choose here over an AA WO for pay and upgrade time. In 4 years flows won't be needed. Simple math. If you want to go to AA you can get in off the street. Come here upgrade in less than 2 years. Get PIC or current and move on. Paying the mortgage is smarter than the "flow" carrot. Keep in mind you take a
Paycut second year at those places.

I don't think your right on this one......there are a lot of guys here with well over 2000 TPIC trying to get out with nothing on there records and are not moving on the way you say they are. If you want a shot at delta then great come INTERVIEW and take your chances or go to AAWO and have a gurenteed job within the next 4-6 years.

"Trying" as in telling you they're trying to leave. Yet lack in going to career fairs or furthering their resumes. I fly with guys all the time that are "trying" to leave yet do nothing about it cause they're making 10 year CA pay. Lol go shake hands it's not that hard. If you want to jab at me it's cause I have 0 turbine PIC. Go and get it we're all pilots it's the same job flying bigger metal.

Not trying but actually going to job fairs and getting phone numbers while jumpseating. You name it man I'm trying it all. I have over 3200 TPIC have gone to multiple job fairs with others in my situation. All of us have 4 year degrees. Nothing bad on any of our records so it's not as easy as you think. I do agree that there are those we are "trying" and that's on them but some of us want out!

You've got it man, your time will come. I know it's frustrating being at a regional for 10+ years. It's not you it's the timing of the industry. Your time will come and it will be soon !

I'm guessing 9E is meeting their hiring targets then?

Our upgrade time at Piedmont is just as fast or faster and PHL based. With 300% open time some Captains are making 20k+ per month. Even a brand new guy would upgrade in little over a year, 121 junior upgrade was hired in August 2016. So no problem "paying your mortgage". Maybe you meant Mesa pay.

AA hires 70% flows the rest military and a small amount of off the street guys. The off the street new hires are 9k plus total time and all the other boxes checked. United average time is still 5,500 total time so just because you upgrade in two years doesn't mean you will get hired at a major right away. And Delta is hiring even FO's no PIC time at all, if you know the right people. Ive recommend 9E to my friends who live closer to their base and it's a great gig but make sure you get the facts right.

Plus, being at an AA WO does not mean that you can't get hired at AA early. PSA just had 3 hired at AA outside of the flow, and I know Envoy has had several as well.

With that said, PSA has sent more pilots to Delta in the last 4 months than we have AA.
