I'd tell them to keep their $30 and hats and I'll keep a good (back to what it was) size base in DTW and MSP... fair trade to me.

More importantly, see where (if any) backfilling of secondary vacancies is.

So? That ain't how they're gonna decide bases. Call your rep and let them know that's your price but it's a non starter.

Delta and endeavor doesn't need anything from us, the classes are full and senior guys arent attritting. They'll put bases where ever makes sense to them and you'll leave or stay and gripe. I submit gojets as evidence they dont care about their metrics.

Despite all that they are actively negotiating according to the fast read. If Delta needs Endeavor to park 200s after dec2018 then you won't get a retention extension.Get a deal done or leave for a company that has a large dtw base. You're capped out, and it looks like you're bases will be NY and maybe ATL when the 200s finally get parked.

Pass the bong to someone else
And go back to your Skywest board.

LOL. You bet.

Get a deal done, regionals are going to shrink going forward, at least on Delta side.

Enjoy!

Correct, the number of them will decrease. The size of each will increase like your bladder from

Default Negotiation Update

The company made a wage proposal reflecting average monthly pay credit that we believe is higher than warranted by the data, and which also extended the CA scale to 14 years.

What does that mean? Why are we not told what the company is offering? We used to back in the day however everything is done in secret now.

Sounds like the company wanted to divide the retention bonus at a higher credit than what the union thought it was worth. Which in return would give us a lower hourly rate than what they think it's worth. I feel they should use 75 hrs a month.

Also why would you want to hear what the company offered if it's not adequate. If it won't pass the NC then it certainly wouldn't pass the pilot group. We are no where near that point yet.
