We have guys that take schedule changes on the last day and end up not being able to commute home because of it..... someone can't stay past 5 at the office on st pattys day to finish what was supposed to be done. I agree rediculous.

Next quarter I'm gonna send them a copy of that same letterhead: "Due to the size of this LMS, I will be completing it 3 days late."

😂 Good stuff. I recall most large Intial award vacancies never meeting the deadline . My only guess is they didn't have the numbers, or someone dropped the ball. Either way, it doesn't look good on management.

The part that really ticks me off is that they must have known this much earlier today, but yet they leave us all hanging out until after the deadline to post the delay. Unprofessional, but what should we expect at this point. I needed to know so I could start looking for a place to live, but I guess my life stays on hold for 3 days so someone can go to the Mall of America this weekend instead of doing their job.

I heard there's over 300 pilots moving around, I can understand that maybe the workload overwhelmed the crew planning folks...but just send that notice out as soon as you know. Not when zero dark thirty roles up and you're running late for your O'Malley's reservation
