You’ll need 2500 tt and 2.5-3 years seniority to upgrade now that things slowed. All of the CA slots on the upcoming growth are spoken for by the hundreds of qualified if not soon to be qualified fos on property. The circumstances that created the instant upgrades in 2017-2018 are no longer present. Also a good ssn is no guarantee of the 900.

Thought about Skywest but not a fan of no union and it would be the 200. I do have a 9*** last 4 so pretty confident I could get the 900.
I’m pretty sure you could upgrade into ATL in a little less than a year with the current movement. If you don’t mind commuting to DTW you could honestly upgrade in around six months and fly the 700 / 900. Not saying Endeavor is a bad place at all but I think if you are looking to move onwards and upwards then you should go to a place that keeps you flying and ideally ensures you a quick upgrade. Not sure how far from CAE you are but AW has a junior CA base there as well.

Forever. Wait for the flow.

ATL 200 CA is basically unattainable and ATL 900 CA requires at least 3 years seniority. There are a bunch of NYC 200 CAs that would like ATL 200 CA but have been unable to get it as they are not backfilling the position (aka they are shrinking it). Most of the ExpressJet folk are in the left seat of the 200 in ATL and won't be leaving any time soon.

Upgrade is at 2.5+ years right now and until we get some growth that number will not change. Yes, even in New York.

I think he was talking about Skywest. But you’re right. 2.5-3 years minimum upgrade at Endeavor until something changes...

Thumbs up Check your pms

Goingupinverted. Have a real think about giving up seniority at one regional to start on the bottom of another. The flow you have is worth more than you can imagine!

Can anyone give a “generic” layout of what the most recent training schedule looks like? I’m scheduled for ATP 7/22 and class date 8/5. Thanks

ATP/CTP will be 9 days.

Take your written at home.

Indoc (2 days in MSP followed by a week at home for home-study)

GenSubs (1 week)

Systems (2 weeks)

Procedure training aka FTDs (5 sessions plus 1 Procedure validation)

Maneuver training (6 sessions plus 1 maneuver validation)

Line Operation Simulation (3 sessions plus 1 LOE).

It was overall just under 3 months for me thanks to dynamic training scheduling which created large gaps in the sims. That has gone away so the timeline may or may not be different. Warm welcomes!

To add and finish off, 25 hours of OE on the airplane. So plan on maybe a 4 day trip and a 2/3 day trip. If more needed, you’ll go from there.
