I know of two return to works that just got in this past Vacancy. Probably just got a new employee number.

Yes, I am aware of how the EZPerdiem folks try to get around the tax laws on this one. However, that does not make it legal per the IRS.

Tips are only deductible for things you can claim as an expense. Since you don't pay for your shuttle ride, nor for your hotel, they are NOT deductible. See table 1-1 in the link below. Also clearly defines the daily per diem rate ($63 for 2016), the 80% allowed for DOT workers, as well as the 75% first and last day per diem.

Actually, FIRST you have to have 1,000 121 time. That is non-negotiable, and not waivable to a lower number. Company time and TT are waivable. Not sure why anyone with 9xx hours would expect to be eligible for an upgrade?

Then it depends on your choices like any other bid.

If you know FOR A FACT that people are being awarded an upgrade with less than 1,000 121 (or 500 + 135/mil time), then you owe it to all of us to contact the MEC and make it known. I'd be very careful before you do so, and make sure you know what you are talking about.

I know a guy who got an upgrade last award, even though he did not check the 1,000 121 box; but the award was revoked prior to the final because he did not have the 1,000.

Default Flica Administrator?

Who is Endeavor's Flica administrator? I guess that...or are there any Flica Gurus out there who can help me out ? I tried doing the activation thing since it's my first time logging in and it's telling me I'm using an incorrect activation code. It says it's my birthday but following the desired format doesn't work.
