But this is the delta way. or I should say skywest probably sold them out.
They inked a five year extension with growth at UAL and added eight planes at AA. It's not all doom and gloom for those guys. I'm sure those who want to stay will stay and be fine.

For those looking for a change, I gladly welcome any and all who want to join our team. With our growth in ATL, I imagine their QOL won't be too badly messed up. Plus, the base mgmt team in ATL is pretty nice. Visited with the chief and RCM for a bit last time I was there, very accommodating.

What announcement would that be, Rick? That they're taking the rest of the DC flying from ExpressJet? Those are SW tails, so not breaking news there.

I pretty sure EV won't be the last DC carrier to fall in the next year.

Just my guess of course.
There's a reason it's called negotiating. If one party gets to crazy the other party can say pi$$ o__. That's a risk we take if we get too firm. It's no different than you or I getting a price on a car or a house. If they're out of line we just take our business elsewhere.

Additional fleet growth of 9E aircraft that comes at the expense of our MSP 200 base... Maybe by next summer you will have to have 25 years of seniority to be a junior line holder in the left seat in Msp.

Sad to see that happen to EV.

Good luck to all of my bros still at 9E. Keep up the good fight.

No, looks like Endeavor will end up taking ASA's planes, SkyWest will get 900s from the factory and open up ATL.

ExpressJet Airlines Announces Contract Realignment and Long-Term Plan
OO refuses to announce anything even though the rumors are pretty consistent after our TA.

Announcement is out.... sad to say we are opening a ATL base for 28 900 and 3 700's wonder why only 3? And are we going to be dual qualified now? MSP 200 closing as well. Hang in there guys at express.... don't like seeing added growth by taking from another guy trying to feed his family.

The 700's from GoJets will likely be here to replace the rest of the 200s.
