Did you read in there where it said most of the 200 flying would be out of ATL and DTW? Doesn't sound like a reduction for DTW to me. MSP is being cut by DL across the board, not just the 200s.

Should be able to staff 154 planes with pilots already hired.
Sounds like the union has already inked a deal, and Delta can forecast the cost of making the move.
Even if the vote fails it ain't gonna go back and come back with much more than 2-4% or so in total value.
They kinda have you over a barrel with a yes vote because if you vote no then the bonus expires they'll save 13 million every 4 months until the vote goes through.
You'd have to be clearing 150k a year in wages to hold out for 5% more in rates, and still beat forfeiting a bonus cycle.

Although DTW may not shrink it will go even more senior if MSP people decide to bid over.
