Not to heartlessly change topics, but I'll forget if I don't ask now.

When was the last time we got an opr payment? Did we miss metrics or is it coming up?

Pretty sure we hit all metrics for Nov.
My guess it will be paid out on Feb 1st check.

All four November, all four December (though I believe final NPS audits close today or tomorrow), and two in October I think??

So, 10 of 12, should be $250 payout per employee. That's some beer drinking money, especially given how my Titans have had me on edge the past few weeks. Likely going to need a few barley pops on Saturday!

Delta argues in a recent memo to employees that the profit sharing is a more generous contribution than the one time bonuses other companies are giving. Unfortunately, Endeavor is not allowed to share in the profits : (

One of the biggest shortcomings of Endeavor.

I quite agree. They get an awesome package right in the face up to, if not exactly 20% of base pay.

Mainline profit sharing was a concession though, that's one of those, management would never do that again type deals.

Compare your take-home pay with the take-home pay of the regionals getting this bonus. The one time $1,000 bonus isn't as big of a thing as people seem to think it is.

If I read the statement correctly on DLnet, they’re only getting 10% this year. Not saying that’s bad, but not the 20% they got in years last. I’m not mad, my tax estimates are putting something like $2600 back in my pocket above and beyond what I would have gotten. Thanks, Obama... 😂

I just compared my take home pay to my buddy’s at SWA (who got the $1000 bonus) and nearly cried. I may have to call in sick tomorrow, and it’s your fault.

$700 may not be a big deal to some, but I find it pretty nice to have someone giving money to me.
