And the Sam’s Club in Fairbanks was the highest-selling store in the US. That says a LOT. I wonder what the folks on the North Slope is gonna do now?

Oh, trust me, bulk products were in. People drove over 8 hours from Canada just to buy there. They supplied the majority of the North Slope. And at least 4 hours drive South towards Anchorage. Plus all the restaurants in town. Monopoly is a good word.

And they closed down no notice. I imagine there were some ****ed off people who drove some long distances yesterday.
Fred Meyer and Safeway do a fair amount of the bush mail supply, but I don't know how well they're set up for those bulk orders.

It isn’t 2008 anymore, times change. In this environment with all the movement and growth you would think reserve times would be shorter, but not for NYC 900 FOs with senior FOs jumping ship from the dying 200 bases.
