18 month seat lock which I think they've been waiving, at least on the captain side. 2-3 vacancies which is like 4-7month range to get ATL 900. It is hard to put a target on it though since we aren't growing ATL as quickly as originally thought (ExpressJet will close ATL last as they slowly wind down delta flying). No forced upgrades.

I’ll pose this doozy - the answers to the same question at the AA WO’s varied. Everyone was absolutely adamant that it made no difference...except those that were adamant that it did. 😊
Does working at Endeavor inhibit one’s chances of being hired directly by Delta (as opposed to theoretically “internally hired/flow” etc)?

So you’re saying there’s a chance....
Well, it sounds like:
- 9E has the best contract (at least for short term)
- Best pay
- At least a possibility to get ATL initially or soon after (especially for someone who doesn’t even know the difference between a 200 and 900, nor cares)
- one could still get a fair shake at DAL as an OTS hire (or FedEx. 😊
BS flags? Sounds like 9E is the place to shoot for as I face the “regional vs unemployment” debate.
