Ponies. We all get ponies.
Whatever Delta is planning, no one on here can tell you. You will hear people say "Delta is unhappy about X" or "Delta is going to do Y", and every one of those statements is a guess. There is no one named Delta that those guys have sat down and had a heart to heart with, and Richard Anderson isn't returning any pilot phone calls. It is all guesses and rumors. Until you see it in an official email, or on Delta or Endeavor stationary, just assume that the person giving you the info heard it from someone (usually claimed as a check airman, aka someone with no more info than any other pilot), who heard it from someone, who heard it from someone who pulled it out of their @$$.
The only factual info is what is written down by the company, and that is $23k in bonus money, 1st year pay is $30. The option is there contractually to bump that to $30k for new hires (20k over the year and 10k at the end of training). They want 60 a month to come, what we have now won't do it, I'd imagine. Expect more wonderful stuff to come to reach that goal. What is it? I don't know, and neither does anyone else who is typing on APC, most likely sitting on a toilet in an airport bathroom.

700s, Delta staple, Delta flow, raises in hourly and bonus, hats. None are true, but hats are the most likely, in exchange for something else.
Also, ponies.
