50 sweaters? Sounds like the DTW crew room.

Everybody on here come 5pm CDT:

The thing with 50 seaters at EDV, is that they are not on contract. Thus they act as spare aircraft, and you might as well keep them around.

Sharing part of the ASA crew lounge in ATL and rumor was sharing part of the ASA hangar in ATL but mgmt put damage control on that. We also have very few parts on hand for the 7/9s that are left to perform heavy mx and c-checks. Oh and this place is falling apart. Something appears to be afoot
That's the way we do things here when it comes to MX. A lot better than the old way. Not to sound like a kool aid drinker but that's one of the reasons our numbers are good. In some stations they're usually waiting at the gate even if the plane is going to sit for a few hours. They rather catch an issue early. They're usually also waiting for you if you call in a problem in flight.

Edit....fixed spelling!
Think they will be around till they're not.
When cost exceeds revenue.
When there's no one to fly them.
When they are replaced.
When they are no longer being built. DONE.
When mx gets to expensive.

I know you were around a lot longer than I, but I can say in the past 12 months, RM has only been off for me by less than 00:30. That's about $15 worth of pay in a year. Not a big deal.

That being said, I DO always watch my 5-day trips closely, as that is where I usually lose the time, since they don't bother with giving you the 25 hours credit until after the trip is past.

It's up, looks like it was mostly NYC 200 guys and 900 FO's that took ATL, upgrade went from 300 to 800 hours company time from last vacancy to this. Seems quick upgrades have come to an end...
