Pending another lost decade like many of us experienced, they won't have to bare the same cross guys like you had to carry. I see this as a modest win for the industry, as well as a positive for the guys coming up and on property. It's not better, it's just a more defined millennial-approach - mentorship, handholding, helicopter parenting. Instant gratification. A different cloth by which pilots are cut. Everything I'm trying NOT to do for my kids, but at the same time, reluctantly, glad to have available.
