It's not better, it's just a more defined millennial-approach - mentorship, handholding, helicopter parenting. Instant gratification. A different cloth by which pilots are cut. Everything I'm trying NOT to do for my kids, but at the same time, reluctantly, glad to have available.
I could stomach it if Endeavor seniority list pilots had a clearer path to Delta, something much better than what has been bandied around lately.

Well, according to the latest MEC email from today, your MEC has now openly stated that they are in talks about career progression with delta and Endeavor. See, I told us it wasn't all doom for current seniority peeps.

Wonder how long the union has known about this.

This can only be right if an Endeavor seniority number is an entitlement to a job at Delta in order.

Totally reeks of seniority circumvention.

Our Union better pull out everything they have to squash this crap.
Last year's TA only guaranteed no other DCI carrier would have more favorable career progression. It didn't say anything about rampers or gate agents

Delta: 1
Endeavor Pilots: 0

But that's basically what we are. We are tantamount to Delta Shoe Shine Ramper Agent ALAs.

Staffing models range something like 5-7 crews per airplane, so say 10 pilots per airplane, 60 airplanes = 600 ish pilots.
