Agreed. I’m surprised that hasn’t been considered with UA yet. They have such a hard on for ALPA, I once jumpseated to LGA on them, when they saw my ALPA lanyard they pretty much immediately went full frat bro on me. The ALPA brotherhood there is strong, in fact, I believe UA’s contract requires that a certain percentage of pilots hired come from ALPA carriers and it’s a relatively high percentage compared to other carriers.

Strange, has Delta not moved more pilots from Endeavor by a huge margin to the mainline than any other major airline and it’s regional partners?

We moved a good chunk during the SSP, not a great percentage of those attempting to go, but a decent number, and that's another can of worms depending who you talk to. Recently there has not been much movement out of this place to anywhere. I'd call it a trickle. Once the DGI gets rolling, even if we have similar numbers to the SSP we will probably at the minimum have 10 out of 24 going to mainline. Hopefully that number is averaging 18 out of 24 going. A 75% pass rate would be acceptable

I completely agree with this. Things will probably get really interesting when United starts hiring at full swing. I know myself and a lot of people I talk to seem to think the DGI is going to be as much of a fail as the SSP was and will leave at the first chance they get. I heard a rumor that all LCPs who had their apps in with United got invited to their in house career fair.
