Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
Not true. You can apply all that you'd like outside DGI. If you interview OTS, then you're no longer eligible for DGI.

It’s frankly a waste and anybody who comes to endeavor only because of the DGI program is wasting their time. You’re better off going to a university that Delta has gone behind our backs to setup a guaranteed job with and then come to endeavor to build your time. Actually you won’t build time here because nobody’s flying.
I actually came here because of the DGI...I have been at the company 22 months and I will be eligible at 27 months. Caveat being I have prior 121.
But I also agree that the DGI appears to only benefit a small number of people including us refugees who came here recently when the airline still needed staffing up. That line at EDV for an interview will start to get longer in the next year.

There’s nothing that prohibits our pilots from applying, interviewing, and being hired outside the DGI program. However applying outside the program voids your participation in the DGI program.

I hope I answered your question.

It’s to show how hard they are working to make a flow happen and that no flow will ever happen until Delta decides to make it so, no matter how hard they try.

If you are speculating as to why they are bring the subject up right now feel free to go look at the propel program handing out CJOs last week ( yes I know the are QJOs) basically the Union is trying to appear like they have some kind of handle on the situation when in reality the company just went around them and will continue to do so and they can’t do a thing to stop it. Congrats everyone we will soon be flying with Delta Pilots!
