Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Angry Frustration is growing

Another new FO has left for Skywest and there will be more that will go to other regionals. We are just no longer the leader anymore. The growth keeps getting moved back and quite frankly it will depend on the shape of those airplanes and the negotiations at mainline. I am not sure I really trust the info coming. People are getting despondent. The NYC base is awful now and expensive. Lots of airport reserve and no flying, it adds up quick.

If you’re looking for a regional job, you really should look elsewhere. The DGI success rate is low. Not one went in April. We keep waiting and holding on hoping it gets better. It just isn’t. We are just re-arranging the deck chairs on Titanic.

I had 2 FO’s from my class leave for Skywest... a year and a half ago, back when we were “the bees knees.” It means nothing, it’s just a personal choice.

Sorry you’re so depressed; please don’t bring it to the flight deck.

I think the lack of participation in the survey might be an indication, or the sentiment, of current affairs. Poke fun all you want but having to send out emails telling people to complete the survey and then having to extend it, speaks more than I can say.

Keep holding on to those promises (carrots). I mean it has to be true. They wouldn’t lie to us right??? They wouldn’t ignore us when we fill out FSRs, speak directly to the Chiefs and HQ?

The survey is a waste of time and is offensive. You can scream as loud as you want, they will still ignore us. What will you do if that supposed growth never comes and the DGI numbers stay low?

These forums are for info. You don’t have to agree but If was new, I’d be going elsewhere. Enjoy the basement of LGA at 5am for a year plus.

You have legit concerns that are shared by others here. However your approach is a little on the dramatic and sky is falling side therefore you come across as a whiney bi@ch.

Address your concerns with the union, prepare yourself for your next career move and be patient for the pieces of the puzzle to fall I to place here.

Wow, a bunch of new pilots who did nothing for the pilot group/industry crying about being at the highest paid, most stable, soon to grow regional out there. Go to skywest then crybabies. Ole prex knows what it's like to be in the midst of a real dumpster fire, and most of your senior captains have been being burned for their entire career... but you guys, you truly have it just awful, I wish people like b*tches and moans, errrrrrr, boats and hos has to go to his DGI with a printout of his incessant tears. Go to skywest crybaby, nobody cares about your perceived victimization and abuse, you'll fit right in over there.

I knew I liked you for a reason!

Yes, Prex knows - the senior captains know. Several of us had class dates in 2001, then 9/11 happened, the lost decade and bankruptcy. Is there problems at 9E right now? Yes, is it anything like it was under Trenary or the bankruptcy? No, not even the same hemisphere.

Just because your and prex's daddies beat you guys doesn't mean you should beat other people.

No, I'm not going to whine, but you can't deny our upward trajectory has leveled at best and arguably dropped compared to the last couple years. We aren't the only game in town and others are upping theirs.

Millennial? Not even close. Definitely older than that and probably not moving on from 9E with his attitude. Yes Endeavor has stagnated in the last year after extensive growth and premature hiring. However I understand the frustration from our own who stuck through the lost decade topped with mergers and bankruptcies. Doesn't compare in the least.

If you came here and don't enjoy what you have, including your instant upgrade, literally every other regional will hire you. Stop blaming others for your choices. Complaining about your QOL after you chose to upgrade out of seniority order is exactly what stupid does. Downgrade now and enjoy your line.
