Fair point. However, Delta's solution to this would be to terminate the DGI, not offer even easier progression to the higher-liability job. If we have a crash while our people are being sent to fly Delta A330s with no questions asked, what could the media say then?

Hopefully the other AA WOs follow PSAs lead. Hopefully they exceed our rates and our recruiters struggle. Then DAL might throw another carrot (banana?) our way. Until then, Jeep making your podium announcements and wear that hat. Oh yeah, latency too!
There is no additional liability that isn't already there by us being a wholly owned. Insurance will be forced to pay out the same, whether the pilot interviewed or not.

The flip side of having a screening process, is that if Delta gets aggressive during probation, many pilots that would not have passed the screening process would probably find themselves on the street.

Flow is something that has to be gifted to us by the mainline pilot union, it's totally up to them. The AA wholly owned flow dates back to 1993, when the national mediation board denied the APA forced stapling of the "Eagles".

Its easily been debunked a dozen times but one of our pilots who passed a bar and never practiced law gets on here every once in a while and pretends he knows what he's talking about. He drowns us in minutia and then goes back to trying to impress FAs or anyone that'll listen to him. This stupidity will never die here.

A flow is not intended to be a means for staffing a maineline operation, it is a retention tool at the regional level.
You don’t have to like it, but everyone at 9E needs to accept it. There will not be a flow. It’s not ALPAs mission or job to land you your next job either.

I find it interesting that many of the same people who say “I already fly Delta’s passengers, I should have a flow...” also say “Remember, Delta can Comair us any time. We aren’t special.”

Or put apps in at the other companies. United and Southwest have been picking up several of our guys lately that were wise enough not to stand around waiting on Delta.

This. A friend of mine now at United said i wanna say 100%, if not well above 90% of interviewees in the last several months have been successful at united coming from endeavor. United is a fantastic company with a lot of widebody flying if that interests you. You can also customize your crew meals 😎

Said "lawyer" may be right or wrong, but things like this don't have to be legal or right or wrong. It's all about convincing a jury.

Not a single scientific study proves roundup causes cancer, yet here we are. It could happen.
