Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Not saying regionals should get date of hire like Comair tried but why the double standard system for a regional pilot and mainline? How many mainline pilots had to re interview when they were bought out by another mainline?

Not to advocate poor behavior however I wonder how many mainline pilots would be doing this or worse if they were bought out by another mainline and given a take it or leave it ultimatum contract. Then told to re interview for a mainline job that was never presented that way initially.

I see good point. So it was good for the Western and NWA pilots that Delta could not afford to buy out Western or NWA. Maybe they then would need to re interview or given a take it or leave it contract. Good thing mainline doesn't have disgruntled pilots. That's why AMA TWA AWA and US Air got along so well.

200 spots away? 5 years at 9E? Umm...dude if your name wasn't sent this week it will be in the next round. Your shot will come much sooner than you think. I am just shy of 5 years myself and my name is going on this weeks list (it was slightly delayed from what my contacts are telling me). 04/2011 DOH here.
As to your flight time...I don't think your low total time will matter once in the interview room in my opinion. Add the fact you have military flying experience they will like that. It'll all depend how you do on the HR questions and the computer testing.

I am about 200 spots away from my shot at the SSP. Thing is I am very low time for having been here for 5 years. I got hired and have only flown about 225 hours on the line, before going away for military leave and just getting back. If I do interview, my stats will probably end up being:
2300TT
~500SIC RJ (by the time I get there)
500SIC Mil Heavy (225 combat time or so, if that is a plus)
200UPT time
800 part 91 instructing (C-172, PA-44)
Is this a huge red flag, or once you get the interview is it all just how you perform?
Any insight? Thanks!

I'll never forget my upgrade oral in 02'. "H" was grilling me, asking all the limitations and memory items in rapid fire succession. He asked what the max temp for takeoff and landing was in the CL-65-2B19. LMAO. He couldn't just say CRJ200. I said 50 C. He asked me 3 times if I wanted to change my answer. Each time I said no. Finally he lost the stone face and laughed then said but what does the book say. Well, the book says ISA+35 at sea level, but since we don't take off or land anywhere below sea level, the max is 50 C. Then the peckerwood made me do a a complete flight plan from MEM to SHV and the only thing he gave me was city pair, # pax, cargo and that I needed an alternate. I had to figure everything including performance data.
Training was much better when I left.
Miss all my friends over there. Ya'll take care.. Toolman!

In their defense, it was right around the FL410 club accident. They had basically street CAs for quite some time too or very very quick upgrades (less than a year if you had the time). For many guys it was their first jet upgrade.
I remember hearing tons of horror stories about "Pink slip Peoples" and how to watch out for him, he's out to get you! kinda guy. I had a PC with him and guess what..... it was the most fairest ride I've had in my life. When I was done with him, I knew if he busted you, you probably deserved it.

Endeavor should have fired this idiot! I get folks being upset for putting all that effort, time and money, to only be shot down, but to p!ss in the parking lot.. The only thing that accomplished was make every other endeavor pilot look bad... What an absolute effin moron!
