Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
I don't see it in the contract. The only pay protection I see (I'm in section 24.E) is when a senior pilot finishes downgrading before all pilots junior to them finish downgrading.

I took first available and yes I had to commute to reserve in NYC...then in ATL...sat ready basically the entire three years. It sucked...but now I am at a legacy freight company. I will repeat the same mantra here that I told every FO, especially the younger ones...don't wait to upgrade for QOL unless you have a family situation that requires you to remain in your base/seat. Now is the time to suck it up the only seniority which means something is the number at your final destination earning retirement at final destination rates.
I would rather be in the left seat when the music stops with a higher pay vs getting stuck in the right seat until the music starts to play again.
We had it good for the last few years before this virus made everything come a all-stop. Get the good while it was there for the getting.

I’ll add there was talk today on a conference call between DL LCAs and Senior FLTOPs management about parking 180+ airplanes at DAL... included in this was parking the whole 717 fleet which would have major ramifications on DL PWA Section 1 Scope and 70/76 seater clauses across the DCI board. It remains to be seen what actions they’ll take short term, but definitely something to be cognizant of...I know they are looking at multiple US airports to park airplanes as we speak

I believe if there’s a reduction in narrowbody jets at DL, the PWA dictates the ratio of 70/76 seaters at DCI...spelled right out in 1.B.47.e of the PWA at DL
the furlough clause I believe your referring to relates to removing 6 seats from the 76 seaters throughout DCI...UAL has the same language in their contract

Read the next section, it only triggers if they furlough. If Delta furloughs they have to reduce the number of 76 seaters by 35, if there isn't a flow down. This has nothing to do with the number of narrowbody jets anymore.

Interesting...the VC of the MEC told me because the Compass jets are out of play the flow down ends which changes this dynamic 🤷🏻♂️

I agree, regardless pandemic or not in talking with the VC, DALPA wants 36 x 76 seaters removed with the flow down ending at CZ...I’d expect that to go to a grievance or mediation
Kinda late but if any of you are interested in former FA, "Kitty" F. funeral heres the info.
