Anything negotiated before a bankruptcy, can and will be eliminated in bankruptcy; It's a permanent reset.
The MEC can negotiate SILs for cost savings, forget about the flow, any other concessions, or loaded incentive items. Skywest even has SILs, but we can't have them because......mainline FA union issues. |

I disagree with any concessions at this point. But, the fact that the union is using flow and career progression as leverage is criminal.

What is criminal is that a company accepts the Cares Act and all the money that goes along with it and turns around and says we have to keep your wage rate the same but we’re going cut your total hours down. What the the hell is the difference. Sure I will pay you 65 dollars an hour but I will pay you every other hour. That’s BS That was definitely not the intention of the Cares Act. I have no idea why you guys are getting on the MEC for asking for progression. If they want us to take one for the “Team” make us part of the “Team”. Period!
As far as the MEC I appreciate them trying to stick to their guns. However, we clearly have a new issue that needs to be addressed while a prior one will not see the light of day for quite some time. Protect our jobs Protect our pay |

Yep, antagonize Delta into Comairing us. Whatever happened to the RJDC? Shut down Endeavor and have everyone enjoy Career Regression.

Aside from politics which I acknowledge...
Given the passenger loads and costs at the moment why hasn't Delta parked all of their jets opting to fly only CRJs to meet current demands? |

As mainline aircraft are drawn down, the active in-service RJs have to go down to keep the ratios in compliance. Also, far more cargo can be moved with mainline jets. |
The union does not need to be going after flow in exchange for concessions. A flow will never happen. This is the time for the union to really shine by holding the line, and not accepting any concessions. The company is 100% unethical with asking for concessions, given the fact they received federal aid. The union needs to protect our wages and our jobs, not negotiate for flow. Anyone that thinks any differently is a fool. Imagine the union gets a flow, with the stipulation of a flow back. I'll laugh as the majority of our pilot group hits the streets. I'll be okay though, I have a plan B C and D.

The email was pretty clear. We shouldn't budge on concessions unless we get some sort of guarantee out of it. Mainly, that the company won't declare bankruptcy after we give up concessions.
