I click the print option and screenshot it. But the Delta app is frustrating. Half the time it loses my listing

Hear this folks! If you are non-rev/commuting, the ticket bar code you get on your pass, is identical every time. It’s your personal code. All you have to do is check in and swipe ANY past ticket/photo/iPhone wallet bar code you have when boarding and as long as you are checked in, you’ll get a green “beep” and board with no effort. I have a nonrev pass taped on the back on my ID from like 2016, and I just check in, swipe, and board everytime. (This doesn’t work for Jumpseat)

I noticed this too. Sure wish DL IT could get with the times and streamline the process a little. For starts link your Skymiles and PPR accounts, then on the Delta mobile app make booking a choice REV or NONREV, that's how it's done at United, easy peasy.

This. The QR code is just your PPR number; scan it, the computer matches you to the flight, and you're on. Just keep an old boarding pass in your digital wallet and you're good to go.

I, too, wish the Fly Delta app would sync our Skymiles and PPR, but as with all IT improvements (*cough* electronic releases), I don't think we'll be seeing it anytime soon.

I’m still baffled Delta hasn’t done this. I was a United intern years ago and they tied your PPR to your miles account. You could also book all your nonrev travel in the app including seeing flight loads and nonrev listings. Further you could book discounted fares in the app too! (One time I was sitting at the gate, loads looked bad. I delisted myself in the app, clicked over to buy a ticket, grabbed one of United’s great employee priced tickets for $49, and off I went in probably less than a minute because it’s so well organized.) And separately from all that you could create a separate login for your travel pass people so they could have their own distinct login page only accessing nonrev travel. United’s system was light years ahead of Delta’s.

Default RGT

Anyone go through RGT recently since they changed it virtually? Tests still similar? How are the briefings?

I did the online RGS recently. Basically the same as in C tower, but on your iPad or computer instead (and minus the ALPA pizza). Breaks every hour, some group polling questions to encourage participation. Tests are pretty much the same as before. Hopefully, you're not on the west coast, because the start times are based on central time. 715AM central start for the 3rd day would make for a pretty early wake up.
