No progress in negotiations and no meetings scheduled. It doesn't seem like Delta cares about competing with American for regional pilots. If I were an applicant, I wouldn't even consider Endeavor. No flow for new hires, no bonuses. Couple that with rapidly declining quality of life, we are not an attractive option anymore.

anything else? we have some hills to climb but not attractive is a stretch. Some of you don’t remember making 20k a year busting out ballzzz. We have positive space to and from work. Our open time is still 150% and occasionally 200%. attrition = upgrade…..wait for it.
Who else out there gets positive spaced to & from work? No other legacy carrier offers that…We are spoiled regional pilots with awesome benefits.
it’s not all doom and gloom…..let things play out. BTW…bodies talk and bull**** walks.

Yea me thinks HIS situation isn't what he wants and thats enough to write off the whole place. I still like my job. I make good money. I'm home a decent amount. There's quite a bit of movement now.
I'm pretty confident things will get better and something will come. It'll take some time. The fact they didn't immediately reach an agreement gives me confidence that we'll get a good deal.
Not for nothing, my friends at PSA are telling me that the deal isn't stemming attrition there.
That being said, everyone looking needs to take the best deal for them and their families. And if that's another airline, that'll probably help our negotiators.

exactly. The answer is career progression through seniority. You give a number you don’t have to negotiate anything else. Everyone is chasing the wave…most of us will wait for the right one with some insurance.

[QUOTE=Yumyum;3306284] Not really sure what these two are talking about. This use to the place to go but definitely not anymore. The pay is not competitive, No flow for new hires and the quality of life is quickly going down hill. Examples are less days off and scheduling is using line holders like reserves. They are right in one respect look at all your options because if you do your homework you will not choose Endeavor. Also don’t come here on a promise of things that might happen because they usually don’t.
