Not for nothing, my friends at PSA are telling me that the deal isn't stemming attrition there.

That being said, everyone looking needs to take the best deal for them and their families. And if that's another airline, that'll probably help our negotiators.
exactly. The answer is career progression through seniority. You give a number you don’t have to negotiate anything else. Everyone is chasing the wave…most of us will wait for the right one with some insurance.

Remember guys, the clock is ticking on positive space. That will go away unless it's negotiated to continue.

Not really sure what these two are talking about. This use to the place to go but definitely not anymore. The pay is not competitive, No flow for new hires and the quality of life is quickly going down hill. Examples are less days off and scheduling is using line holders like reserves. They are right in one respect look at all your options because if you do your homework you will not choose Endeavor. Also don’t come here on a promise of things that might happen because they usually don’t.

Compared to what? You honestly think it’s that much better at other regionals. Nope it isn’t

Many pilots are inquiring about the state of negotiations with respect to retention as they continue to receive CJOs at other airlines. At this time, there is no progress to report and no meetings are scheduled. We remain committed to achieving guaranteed and contractual career progression for pilots hired after June 3, 2020, and linking the duration of our flow to our JCBA, rather than the Delta PWA.

At this point, we do not control the duration of the flow, nor can we assure our new hire pilots that the same program will be in place for them. We’d very much like to be able to provide better information about what choices the future might hold for our pilots, but without a signed written agreement, we are compelled to be completely transparent and advise you that you should make your career decisions based upon the facts as they present themselves today. We are ready to engage on a retention program that will keep Endeavor pilots competitive within the marketplace, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as the process unfolds.

Yea if he doesn't want to be a line holder used as a reserve he should really not go to delta. Ask them about their schedule deviations...

While I do agree I feel like QOL might be getting worse instead of better. Also line holders are being used as reserves. Anytime in the last 2 months my trips touched dtw it would get butchered. Min day 4 days need to stop. If you're gonna only give me 12 days off at least make my 4 days more than 16hrs of credit. Had my most efficient day I've ever had here today...7.5 hrs of credit for 11hrs of duty.

Way I see it is things are going to get really bad or really good here over the next 10 months. No in the middle. But with all that said is this the best place to come too? That's for you to decide.

Oh and yes I'll agree with that...if you think it's bad here ask delta pilots about their schedules...especially if they are nyc based. It's just as bad.
