Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

I'm sure you are correct. Many bypass upgrading for various reasons, some for a while, others for a long time. But the most junior numbers are usually what new hires are interested in, as it approximates more closely what they can expect if they come to work here.
And I'd like to correct the most junior hire dates; was looking at the list last night and assuming it was in seniority order. Of course, it wasn't. After looking again today in Excel, the most juniors are:
900 FO to 200 CA upgrade was a May 2015 hire
900 FO to 900 CA upgrade was a Jan 2011 hire
200 FO to 200 CA upgrade was a Feb 2011 hire
200 FO to 900 CA upgrade was a Sep 2010 hire
Not really a helpful metric (except that it shows that some opt not to upgrade), the most senior to upgrade on the last bid was a Aug 2006 hire.

Can't judge anything by the pre merger DOH because of how out of whack it all became.

Beginning to see that. Thanks for pointing that out, Bartok. And kudos to those of you who stuck it out in those uncertain (and unfair) times. Whether it was dedication or desperation, I applaud you guys for all that you had to put up with.

Meaning no offense but all of that means nothing. People slip thru the cracks. And people change. Would you want YOUR career to be stalemated because of one mistake you made years ago?
Seriously?
There's a Air Force guy who was imprisoned on his base for beating up his wife...and he's now flying for Delta.
There's a guy (Endeavor/old Mesaba) who used to shout "There's another empty kitchen" each time he heard a female voice on frequency...he's also at Delta (Chicago Bears fan and ERAU, AZ background...if you know what I mean).
Would you like more examples?
Yes, there are indeed great guys/gals who also got picked up by Delta...and other majors!

Furthermore, yes, good people get turned away. However, I'm of the belief that's because of their interview shortcomings or succumbing to the pressures of the process. Every OTS applicant has to meet a minimum score in each of the 4 parts (not sure about SSP or the flow guys). If they don't, they don't get hired. Pretty cut and dry. From everything I've ever heard/read of the process, there's absolutely no room in entire interview program that allows AK or anyone in his department to look past bad scores and use emotion or hunches to hire people. We can thank the lawyers for that.

I don't believe bad people slip in. Delta hires people very intentionally. Are there head scratchers? Absolutely, but to reiterate my point that's on Delta which is why it's such a highly tailored, customized process. Unless you were involved in the hiring of those people you mentioned, you have no real reason to bring up their situations. Fact is you don't really know how it all went down or why they were hired.

We'll see how well it flows with seniority in a few weeks since the next vacancy comes out next weekend.
