Just looked this up myself. The most junior Detriot 200 FO is Feb 15 hire.

I'm a new hire (so what do I know?) but taking a quick glance at the seniority list there's only 4 or 5 900 FO's at DTW with a DOH from June-December 2011 with the next guy being March 2014.

So it's not necessarily as bad as it looks. Again, that's just from a quick glance.
