Last vacancy still shows over 100 FO positions in NYC. New hires will most likely be placed in NYC for the rest of the year at least.

Yes, but recent vacancies have had openings in DTW so there are ways to get out of NYC.

Definitely not the best but could be worse. I'm not sure what's going on but loads on DL have been terrible when it comes to try to get somewhere. The only think I can think of is that kids are out on fall break.
