-Phone screening with pilot recruitment.
-If that goes well, they'll send paperwork to complete (PRIA, FAA release, driving records)
-They'll fly you to Minneapolis for an interview.
-If they offer a CJO, do some more paperwork and select a class date.
-Pass background checks and then go to class!

Any more rumor about growth w atl base by getting flying from shrinking asa?
Crashpad rates for lga base?
Is it possible to commute to a Jfk position if your home airport is only serviced to lga? I.e. How hard is it to get from lga to Jfk?

November schedules aren't out yet, and trust me things will change by the time you hit the line. ATL is a rumor and it could happen...it was a previous Pinnacle base in the past, but so was CVG so who knows. Crashpads run about 270-300...Kew Gardens is centrally located between JFK and LGA so it doesn't matter which base you pick...and it's nice to have a free shuttle which saves $$$$. I would recommend Kew Gardens to any new hire heading to NY.

Is it just me, or do they almost never use the P3 reserves? Almost 2/3 the way through October now and I've only flown a single hi-speed in NYC. The clear benefit seems to be the ability to commute in the same day/afternoon and then get released from your last day. Lack of flying is a big downer, however.

Any thoughts on if END gets the ATL flying it would be a situation where the ASA pilots come over to your list? Would delta be buying them to merge with END or would it be a case where they just somehow take the flying and airframes from them? Crappy situation for them but I know they are a senior bunch and wondering about if END gets the flying it would b staffed with senior guys from ASA
