Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

What? I certainly **** and moaned so many didnt get the ssp (though i did). I'd still leave for the first place I can.
I dont have a problem with the new guys wanting more, i just would like to help the only part of the pilot group who still hasn't been made whole (senior guys). The new guys and their attitude of "screw it I'll leave" is gonna get me more money before I leave for more money.
I'm trying to say these guys want more, expect more, will leave if they don't get more, embrace it.

The only way the top 300 or so leave is #1 they hit age 65 (or whatever retirement age may become in the future) or #2 the company goes out of business.... these guys aren't leaving if they don't get a pay raise. I'd bet 99% stay if they took the bonus away and just left them at the $87/hr

I don't have any issue paying the top guys more... I want a defined path out the door (and into a major) from off the top of the seniority list that moves faster than guys retiring more than I want a pay raise here.

Hello,
I have offers from both EDV and PSA. I'm now making the typical "who should I pick" post and am hoping to get some views. I don't want the decision made for me, just information to help.
Previous 121/CRJ experience.
EDV Question
- If you only care about base, how quickly can you get out of NYC? I want DTW and don't nessicarly care about the fast upgrades and quick times in getting a line in the NYC domicle.
Hypothetically speaking: Class date is 11/2016, when could I sniff DTW? In addition I'm ignoring the "fast upgrade" at EDV because once I get out of NYC I don't plan on going back.
PSA Question(s)
- I live just outside the 2hr limit for SCR, but I'm eyeing DAY as the base I want. Same scenario as above with a 11/2016 class date, when could I expect LCR and/or Round 1/SAP bidding.
- How are the AA flight benefits. Didn't really get a full answer on them.
Pros at EDV:
- DTW base
- No stipulations for the bonus
Pros at PSA:
- DAY base
- No "sophomore slump" in pay
- Realistic upgrade chance
- AA "flow" but that isn't a big factor for me but nice to have in the back pocket.
Posting this in both EDV and PSA topics.
Thanks

That said, there's something about the people I've interfaced with here that make me feel like I made the best decision. Everything the recruiters and HR folks told me about EDV has come to fruition. I'm treated like the experienced pro pilot I am, not exposed to any toxicity from the front lines (yet, I suppose), and feel like the future is bright here.
The company is getting ready to roll out its plans for 2017, which I've heard includes growing the 50 seat fleet by at least 10 planes, while it replaces 200s with two-class shells one for one starting in the next 18 months. The money is going to be good, I should upgrade within a year, and then the clock starts ticking for my Delta interview. For me, that's a win due to the fact that my phone wasn't exactly ringing from the majors before coming here. I'm excited to see what comes in the next two years!

Because with the $23g they are still shy of their earnings by another 10-15 grand. Is there some secret payment the senior guys get I'm unaware of?

That's great rumor, but until anything is officially announced, I wouldn't count on any more airplanes. Remember, Delta is scoped out on RJ's, so anything we get comes from somewhere else.

I may have been too wordy. The new guys will leave or not even show up without more offerings. Now that the company has expended the last of their offerings, they have to negotiate for gains and the union will make sure every pilot gets a share. Embrace newguys demanding nature.
