When second interviews were factored in, the number of pilots accepted is just over 60%, so at least we have some actual data now.

I forgot to include this:
1,078 pilots have interviewed at Delta and 666 of these pilots received a CJO resulting in a 61.8% success rate.

Yeah agreed, but at least your qualified to even apply at some main lines with the PIC. Its kinda like having a degree. Some places don't require it, but it moves you up that stack.

I commute from Florida, sometimes 2 legs thru ATL. Or direct on JetBlue. Yes, commutable.
You can do back to back trips but I don't like it because it means staying a night at JFK with no guaranteed hotel (since it is your base, they expect you to have housing of some form nearby). I have no crashpad.
