I fly Delta passengers and Delta crew members every day. I do the same job you do. I do it very well. Time to drop the attitude.

Oh I don't doubt that for a second. That response was for a previous post regarding screening applicants...and for the record..there are plenty of excellent pilots...this guy didn't fail on stick and rudder skills...he failed on decision making 101. I'm glad things worked out for him though.

You're a funny guy. Time to drop the jealousy and envy. Also, I'd learn humility. It's obvious you have too much of the former and not enough of the latter. But no! You're the perfect Delta pilot but we just haven't had the pleasure of employing the likes of you.

I'm tired of reading the posts. It's like watching the presidential debates. I'm sick of both candidates.
Wrant over!

He talked himself into a temporary ban in a different thread so it's over as far as I'm concerned.

I didn't believe it.. I actually called TW and the gang out on it and was all but thrown out of the room... I'm far from the top of the list guys that got hosed by that... I'm one of the last not the first to go interview.

The wording of that SSP was not good. Many of us questioned the union about it. Like the fact they promised Delta would take 144 /yr, then 180/yr, etc., (12/month avg increasing to 15/month) or X % of new hires. The problem many of us noticed was Delta could adjust their hiring #'s down, which they did slightly last year, and thus not be required to meet the 144.(because it was 144 or X% of newhires) Also, the 144 was a yearly commitment, therefore technically as long as all 144 were in training by Dec 31st, the requirement would be met.

Funny one. Wife, kids & I sitting watching a movie one night. Cell phone rings. U know who calling to chew me out about how unprofessional it was not to respond to the invite email in a timely manner. I politely told him his info was wrong, I'd scheduled mine the day after receiving the email almost a month prior to said phone call. DOH!!
