Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

But not to particular to honor agreements, have integrity, allow a flow or staple. I am sure all the SSP rejects were all imbeciles not worthy to be working at DAL or any airline.

They want full control of who they hire. End of story. If you are waiting for a flow then you are wasting your career. If anything go to Spirit, JB, Allegiant etc, you'll have a better shot at a Legacy and if you get stuck, at least you aren't flying an RJ complaining on a forum at 50+ years old about regional reserve rules and crap contracts not being upheld.

Go ahead fire away. Everything you said is correct according to mainline and or management. System is broken for regionals and regardless of how offended or wrong don't complain just move on and accept in equities. This way the system will never change and the next time a management moves in on another regional and scr**s everyone it's all OK as long as it never happens at or to any mainline pilots. I doubt they had full control over NWA pilots because of ALPA's merger policy. Thanks for your sound quality advice.

Did you ever think Delta would pay a $10,000 training bonus for a total of $60,000 first year FO? You might remember some pilots had to pay for training. You never know what tomorrow brings. Just look at the election or college football yesterday - #2, 3 & 4 lose in same weekend. It's only happened once before.

Don't go blaming management and mainline pilots for our situation. WE (as a collective) voted for this bankruptcy contract. I just received an ALPA ballot in the mail. Do you know what the voting participation was? 3.29%. Looking at the names on the list it looks like all lifers. What do you think is more important to them? A flow? HA! Right now the only thing on their minds is the money pouring into new hire's pockets and they see none of it.

The reserve rules here are terrible compared to what they used to be TWO CONTRACTS ago. Remember that pile of garbage that we had until February 2011? That just so happened to be the month I first held a line after sitting reserve for 2.5 years.
Unlimited extension/junior man refusals: You would have to go talk to base management about it, but it was no big deal. "I had plans to go to to do XYZ that day. Next one I will take it." In and out in less than five minutes. None of this "you're the last one" nonsense that goes on now, or so I hear.
Sitting ready reserve and get called to do a DTW-AZO turn. Get back and check your schedule. Nothing on it? Good! Time to go home. Now, you're back on reserve.
Of course our fearless union folks will never address this bc hardly any new hire is on reserve for very long anymore. What are they gonna do when that changes?
