I saw them yesterday. Pretty substantial and depressing at the same time. Motivation TGTFO!

Don't forget they get profit sharing, 401k defined contribution, and no ready reserve.

Any word if new pay rates would also incorporate pay raises throughout the contract?

That would be nice. All around pay raise, better reserve rules. I don't understand why senior reserve can't be more like the majors? No ready, long call ect...the disconnect is unreal. Just because you want to bid reserve one month doesn't mean you should treated like the butt plug.
Again outdated and needs overhaul. Flica needs improvements too. Reserve grid always red. Those numbers are erroneous.

I was asking how much are the new captains on the 900 getting used while on reserve? But I do wonder if we'll keep hearing reasons why we can't use those rates.

Because we're sitting reserve for every one in the DCI system unfortunately.

This is dumb.... we should not be penalized for somebody else's lack of ability to staff there airline. I agree our rsv rules are terrible.

How is being able to hire pilots, best pay, being Delta's preferred regional being punished?
