Those are few and far between. The FAA doesn't allow green on green so maybe you should further define your definition of low time.

Delta has so much data on this kind of stuff that they will see it before it becomes a problem or if at all.

It's a problem. Flight Ops knows it is a problem. HR is running the show. Look at the IOE times.

The OE time of 75 hours is an across the board threat mitigation from flight ops management for anyone making captain with less than a year at the airline. They want to make sure the quick upgrade has the appropriate mentoring before being released into the wild regardless of the background of whoever it may be.

It's not due to poor performance of others on OE.

Because people on the inside aren't happy about what is going on.

Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. Many line pilots at Delta are tired of playing baby sitter while you bypass great high time regional guys. The hiring practices are showing.

How does an ASA pilot have any insider information about this? Time to reveal your source(s) to maintain any amount of credibility.

I work in training and see the data and feedback. You're absolutely incorrect. Sorry.

So how many times have your advances towards Delta been rebuffed? Attitude is everything at Delta. You have to know when to let things go.
